THE EMOTIONALLY EFFECTIVE LEADER WORKSHOP - FOR TEAMS AND ORGANIZATIONS

The Emotionally Effective Leader Workshop is a comprehensive one-day workshop designed for organizational leadership teams aiming to enhance their understanding of emotional intelligence and its role in effective leadership.

Leveraging results from EQ-i 2.0® Leadership Reports, it equips participants with tools to identify their leadership strengths and areas they can develop further to enhance their leadership skills. Not only will they leave with a better understanding of emotional intelligence, but they’ll also gain a concrete action plan to increase their leadership effectiveness.

Program Objectives:

  • Increase participants' understanding of emotional intelligence and its role in effective leadership

  • Develop understanding of emotional intelligence using the EQ-i 2.0 model as a platform

  • Enable participants to identify specific areas in their own EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Reports and build an action plan to leverage strengths and work on areas that need development

Upon completion of this session, participants will:

  • Understand the role of emotional intelligence in effective leadership

  • Explore key areas of leadership in relation to emotional intelligence

  • Understand the key elements of the EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Report

  • Articulate strengths and opportunities for growth

  • Identify and understand how aspects of emotional intelligence lead to derailing behaviors

  • Apply what they have learned by developing a personal EQ-i 2.0 learning plan

What our customers are saying:

“This is a really well designed workshop - it is active and applied. I really enjoyed teaching it and my participants were fully engaged. I was worried it would be content-heavy with a lot of lecturing, but it really emphasized active-learning.”
